Time Sheet Schedule for Non-Exempt Full-time, Part-Time and *Work Study Employees
- To maintain compliance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, all full-time non-exempt, part-time, and *work study employees of the college must fill out and submit to the Finance Office individual time sheets. - Each workweek for full-time non-exempt employees must total a minimum of 40 hours. If less than 40 hours are worked, use of the following hours should be indicated: (S) sick leave, (V) vacation, (H) paid holiday, (PB) personal business, or (JD) jury duty.
- Time sheets received in the Finance Office after the due date will be processed and paid on the next pay date.
Below are beginning and ending workweeks for each payroll period through December 31, 2015. A workweek is considered to be Sunday through Saturday.

*WORK STUDY: Time sheets begin on 1st work day of month and end on last work day of month. Work study time sheets are due in the Financial Aid office on the first work day of the month.
